Overview
Our affordable housing portfolio includes mixed-income, family, and senior communities across Harris County. Rents are based on income and adjusted annually.
Eligibility
- Household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
- U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status for at least one household member
- Pass a standard background and rental history review
- Provide valid identification for all household members
