We help eligible Harris County residents become first-time homeowners through down-payment assistance, financial coaching, and partnerships with local lenders.
Eligibility
- First-time homebuyer (no home ownership in the last 3 years)
- Household income at or below 120% of AMI
- Complete an approved homebuyer education course
- Property must be located in Harris County
